📜 NEXOVOX – Terms of Service

Welcome to NEXOVOX! By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our website, services, or contacting us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

NEXOVOX offers digital marketing solutions including (but not limited to):

  • Website creation & optimization

  • Paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Social media content creation & strategy

  • Brand identity design

  • Email marketing

  • SEO & analytics services

  • Business automation tools

 

The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a separate agreement or proposal before work begins.

3. PAYMENTS & FEES

All prices are quoted in CAD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and project fees will be detailed in your service proposal or invoice.

  • A deposit may be required before project start

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule

  • Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, visuals, designs, and code created by NEXOVOX remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid in full:

  • You will receive a license to use the final deliverables

  • NEXOVOX reserves the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure successful project completion, the client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information, feedback, and materials on time

  • Respect agreed timelines for approvals and revisions

  • Not use content, images, or materials they do not own or have rights to

6. REVISIONS & APPROVALS

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions may be billed at our hourly rate.

  • Final approval is required before website launch or campaign go-live

  • Once approved, any changes may incur additional costs

7. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

You may cancel services at any time. However:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of agreement or abusive behavior

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NEXOVOX is not liable for:

  • Any loss of income, profits, or data from the use of our services

  • Website downtime, platform changes, or algorithm impacts outside our control

  • Legal issues arising from content provided by the client

Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may recommend or use third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, ad platforms, etc.). NEXOVOX is not responsible for their policies, downtime, or pricing.

You are responsible for maintaining your own access, subscriptions, and logins to these services unless we explicitly manage them for you.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
